Tisbury Conservation Commission approved boat shed with elevation requirements; ADU hearing continued. The commission voted 4-0 to approve a 10-by-20-foot boat shed at 52 Mill House Way with conditions that it be elevated on helical piles 2 to 3 feet above grade after the Department of Environmental Protection required repositioning behind the coastal dune line. A negative determination was issued 4-0 for outdoor work area improvements at 34 Beach Road with a required storm preparedness plan condition.

A Notice of Intent hearing on an ADU reconstruction at 662 Chappaquonsett Road was continued to August 4, with the commission raising concerns about building size, septic capacity, and coastal dune classification.
