Tisbury Conservation Commission approved pier maintenance, declined widening in Lake Tashmoo. The Commission voted unanimously to permit after-the-fact maintenance of a 28-by-2.5-foot pier damaged by ice, rejecting modernization to 3 feet wide as inconsistent with the town moratorium on new piers. Engineer Cody Coutinho presented the Notice of Intent for 662 Vineyard LLC at 662 Chappaquonsett Road, seeking a Chapter 91 license.

The Commission also voted unanimously on a negative determination for AZEK decking at 56 Howard Street, conditioning future work on returning to the Commission, and continued hearings on a 110-foot timber pier at 797 Main Street and an accessory dwelling unit at 662 Chappaquonsett Road pending state Department of Environmental Protection consultation.
