Tisbury Conservation Commission backed two environmental monitoring projects in a unanimous vote. The Commission approved letters of support for a marsh water quality program and five corners data collection study, both run through the Martha's Vineyard Commission and presented by Conservation Agent Sean Young. In continued business, the Commission advanced a delayed commercial building hearing at 51 Lagoon Pond Road that has been pending since July 2024; property owner Jeffrey Dubard reported seeking the Order of Conditions for more than 18 months.
The Commission agreed to prepare a draft Order of Conditions for vote at its April 7 meeting. The Commission also extended an enforcement hearing on unpermitted salt marsh mowing at 30 Ashtons Way to April 21.
