Tisbury Finance Committee approved a $11,500 time clock transfer and recommended Harbormaster warrant articles. The committee voted 4-1, with Vice Chair Rachel Orr abstaining, to approve the reserve fund withdrawal for payroll system time clocks, backing the Select Board request. Town Administrator Joe LaCivita said the clocks support the transition from weekly to biweekly payroll.
The committee unanimously recommended six Harbormaster warrant articles totaling $204,800, including $125,000 for dredging planning and execution. The committee also reviewed fiscal 2027 budgets from the Department of Public Works, Wastewater, and Building departments but took no votes.
