TISBURY — Planning Board approved two-unit affordable-housing special permit at 140 Midland Avenue. Chair Ben Robinson and the Board voted 5-0 on the project with deed-restricted units at 80 and 150 percent area median income. The Board voted unanimously to formally oppose the March 11 administrative leave of Planning Board Administrator Amy Upton, invoked its statutory 15-day objection period, and authorized Robinson to demand restoration or proper consultation procedures.
Member Daniel Phelan was the sole dissent on a 4-1 vote to send a letter to Oak Bluffs Planning Board opposing a third boatyard proposal in the Tisbury groundwater protection district.
