Tisbury Planning Board postponed zoning recodification from April town meeting. Chair Ben Robinson acknowledged the Zoning Bylaw Review Committee's request to delay the project, which raised outstanding questions about timeshare regulations, parking clarifications, and building-department involvement. Casey Hayward moved for postponement, citing the need for Building Department buy-in on site plan review provisions.
The board also endorsed an Approval Not Required application to divide property at 106 Tashmoo Avenue and approved a warrant article authorizing a shared use path easement at Safe Harbor.
