Tisbury Community Preservation Committee approved a $50,000 increase in administrative costs for its leadership transitions. Chairman Paul Munafo announced his retirement after 20 years leading the committee, with his term completing in fiscal year 2026-27, while Administrator Heidi Dietterich said she would step down so that "fresh eyes" could help guide the committee's future growth. The funding increase from the current $25,000 will cover salaries for two staff members during the training period for their replacements.
The committee also addressed a Harbormaster inquiry about CPA funding for removing "The Seeker," a vessel sunk in Lake Tashmoo, but suggested pursuing state or federal EPA funding instead.
