Tisbury deeds show $6.4 million farm sale amid wave of family trust transfers
Nine deeds were recorded in Tisbury from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, but only three disclosed a sale price: $397,500 to $6,400,000, with a median of $530,000. The month's top transaction was 180 Pilot Hill Farm Road, sold by Marc and Laurene Brown to DRS Pilot Hill LLC for $6.4 million. Two condominium units at 124 Skiff Ave. also sold, at $530,000 and $397,500. The remaining six transfers were trust or lender-related conveyances without disclosed prices, limiting how much the data reveals about broader market conditions this period.
