Seven Tisbury property transfers were recorded between July 24 and August 22, five with disclosed prices ranging from $150,000 to $1,034,000 and a median of $500,000. The month's top sale was 2 John Hoft Road at $1,034,000, sold by Cody Chandler to R T Enterprises LLC. Two other priced sales listed banks, Citizens Bank NA and Operative Bank, as buyers, and a Daggett Avenue transfer moved within the same family without a disclosed price. With only seven total recordings, including two without listed prices, the data offers a limited basis for broader conclusions about market conditions this period.
