Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 7, 2026

Tisbury Conservation Commission approved amendments and determinations for multiple property projects at its April meeting. The Commission unanimously approved an Amended Order of Conditions at 29 Harbor View Lane for ongoing coastal bank landscaping maintenance, requiring work no more than twice per year and all cutting performed by hand. A negative determination was issued for a 535 square foot concrete landing at Safe Harbor Marina to facilitate boat handling.

At 39 Lagoon Pond Road, commissioners approved a deck replacement and three-season porch with conditions on foundation and step placement. The Commission also approved a commercial building construction plan at 51 Lagoon Pond Road by a 3-2 vote with abstentions, addressing concerns about a concrete foundation slab in a wetland area.
