Tisbury ZBA approved a residential pool and spa with conditions requiring landscape plan submission and compliance with a homeowners association review process. The board voted unanimously to grant William and Lori Bernstein a special permit for an 18-foot by 37-foot 10-inch pool and 8-foot by 8-foot spa at 36 East Sound Lane, contingent on the landscape plan and a mandatory return to the ZBA if the Pilot Hill Farm Association Architectural Review Committee requires substantial changes. Two additional cases reached decisions: an amendment request for a 28 State Road special permit was withdrawn without prejudice, and an application for a pool at 54 Lake Street was continued to February 12, 2026, pending submission of detailed elevation and landscaping plans.
