Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of August 13, 2026

Tisbury Zoning Board continued eight cases to September due to lack of quorum. Chairman Jeff Kristal convened the August 13 meeting with only three members present — Kristal, Michael Ciancio, and Akeyah Lucas — insufficient for the board to decide cases. All eight scheduled hearings were opened and continued to September 10 at 4:30 p.m.

Two applicants withdrew their cases: David and Shauna Sunding's in-ground pool application and Dave Sunding's height-restriction request, both for property at 338 Bigelow Road. Remaining cases include two applications from Brooke and Andrea Douglas on fowl-keeping, a Verizon Wireless permit modification, a Stop & Shop outdoor display permit, and two David A. Dickson comprehensive permit matters.
