Four deeds were recorded in Tisbury between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one carried a sale price so far: $150,000 for a unit at 15 Cook Rd, sold Aug. 26 by the Susan A. Bowen Living Trust to Fall River Five Cents Savings Bank. That figure also stands as the period's median. The other three recorded deeds, covering Bigelow Road, Sandpiper Lane and an unspecified Tisbury address, have no price on file yet; one was a homestead declaration and one was a transfer into a family revocable trust rather than a sale.
