Tisbury Records Seven Deeds With Prices Ranging From $150,000 to $3.6 Million
Seven Tisbury property transfers were recorded at the Dukes County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Four of the seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $150,000 to $3,600,000, with a median of $1,185,000 among those four. The period's top sale was 139 Main St. at $3,600,000, sold by Vineyard Haven Captains House LLC to trustees Daniel Artemus Steingart and Anne Adams Williams. Daggett Avenue had two recorded transfers, the only street with more than one. Banks were listed as buyers in both of the period's lowest-priced, disclosed sales, and trusts were a party to three of the seven transactions.
