Tisbury records seven property transfers in late July, most sale prices withheld

Seven Tisbury properties changed hands between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Dukes County Registry of Deeds records, but only two transactions disclosed a sale price. Those two ranged from $464,000 to $615,000, with a median of $539,500. The period's top disclosed sale was 79 Beach Rd, Unit 9, which sold for $615,000 to Neeson Partners LLC. Three of the seven transfers involved LLC buyers, and several others appear to be trust or family-entity transfers rather than open-market sales. With price data available for less than a third of recorded transfers, the period offers limited visibility into Tisbury's broader property values.
