Four Tisbury Property Records Filed in July, Two Carry Disclosed Sale Prices

Tisbury recorded four property-related transactions at the Dukes County Registry of Deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two carried a disclosed sale price. Those ranged from $250,000 to $464,000, with a median of $357,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 50 Daggett Ave., which sold for $464,000 on July 14 to EBJH LLC. A second sale, 46 Summer St., sold for $250,000 on July 7 to Martha's Vineyard Bank. The remaining two records -- a certificate of death and a declaration of homestead -- were not conventional sales and carried no listed price, consistent with typical deed-recording activity for those instrument types.
